Buldak flavours, from mild to 3x spicy
Buldak means "fire chicken" in Korean, and most of the range lives up to the name. Here is our honest ranking, from easiest to hardest.
Gentle (good first try)
- Carbonara: creamy, cheesy, the most popular in Pakistan.
- Rosé (in the Rosé family pack): creamy and tomato-ish.
- Cheese: rich and creamy.
Medium-hot
- Cheese: hot, softened by cheese powder.
- Habanero Lime: hot and tangy.
- Kimchi: hot with a sour edge.
Properly hot
- Original black pack: where it all started.
- 2x Spicy and 3x Spicy: for challenges. Keep milk nearby.
How to make Buldak less spicy
Use half the sauce, add a slice of cheese, a fried egg, or a splash of milk. Mayo also works, oddly well.
