Are your products original?
Yes. We only list items from established Pakistani importers and stockists of Korean brands that we have checked. If you ever have a doubt, send us a photo of the batch code and we will check it with you.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. No card or advance payment needed.
How much is delivery?
Nothing extra. Delivery is free on every order because it is already included in the price you see.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 4 working days for big cities and up to 7 for smaller towns, after we confirm your order. Multiple items can arrive in separate parcels.
Do you deliver in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad?
Yes, and everywhere else in Pakistan that the courier services cover, including Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and smaller towns.
Will you call me before sending?
Yes, we confirm every order by call or WhatsApp first. Please keep your phone close after ordering.
Was this shop called Seoul Shine Beauty?
Yes. Seoul Shine Beauty is now Korean Product Shop. Same people, a bigger range: skincare plus Buldak and Korean food.
Which product should I start with?
If you are new to Korean skincare, keep it simple: a gentle cleanser, something hydrating like COSRX Snail 96 essence, and a sunscreen like Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun. Add serums later.
Can I return something?
Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded. Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days. See the returns page for details.
Is Buldak halal?
Some Samyang Buldak packs carry a halal mark and some do not, depending on the batch and where it was made. Please check the packet yourself if this matters to you. The Joayo tteokbokki is labelled halal by its maker.
